Intermittent claudication

しばらく歩くと足に痛みなどが出始めるが、休むことでまた歩けるようになる症状のこと。閉塞性動脈硬化症(Arteriosclerosis obliterans)による血液の不足などが原因となる。

A condition where if a person walks for a while, his/her legs begin to feel pain or so on, but if he or she rests for a while, he or she becomes able to walk again. It is caused by a lack of blood etc., due to arteriosclerosis obliterans.
