Single-parent Welfare Fund / Widow Welfare Fund
一人親家庭（母子家庭・父子家庭）または寡婦（夫がなくなった女性）が、生活や仕事、教育などの目的でお金が必要な時に、都道府県（指定都市及び中核市）から借りられる資金のこと。
A fund which prefectures (designated cities as well as core cities) can lend to single parent families (single mothers or single fathers) or widows (women whose husbands have died) when they need money for aims relating to living, work, and education, and so on.
