居宅サービス事業者や居宅介護支援事業者が指定条件に該当しないが、市町村に必要と判断された場合、介護保険の保険給付の対象となるサービスのこと。
Home care service operators and/or in-home long-term care service operators become eligible for long-term nursing care insurance payouts, if the municipality has decided that the service operators are necessary even though they don’t meet the designated standards.
