Principle of ability to pay
福祉サービスを利用した際、収入に応じて支払う金額が変わるシステム(system)のこと。収入が少ない世帯は支払う金額が少なく、収入が多い世帯は支払う金額が多くなる。
A system in which, when using welfare services, the amount people pay changes according to their income. Households with lower incomes pay less, and households with higher incomes pay more.
