日本国憲法(the Constitution of Japan)第25条に規定されている。健康で文化的な最低限度（一番低い基礎的なレベル）の生活を営む権利のこと。
Article 25 stipulated in the Constitution of Japan. Every person has the right to maintain the minimum standards (the lowest level) of healthy and cultured living.
