Individual support meeting
障害のある人の困りごとについて必要な関係者が集まって、本人の希望やニーズを実現するために支援方法を話し合う場のこと。
A meeting where the necessary and relevant people who support a person with disabilities, get together and discuss the troubles that the person with disabilities has, and ways to support them to realize his/her [the person with disabilities] wishes and needs.
