無痛性心筋梗塞
Painless myocardial infarction
検査では心筋梗塞(Myocardial infarction)と診断されるが、本人が胸の痛みを感じない心筋梗塞のこと。高齢者や糖尿病(diabetes mellitus, DM)の人に起こりやすい。
A myocardial infarction (heart attack) that is shown and diagnosed after testing, despite the affected person not feeling pain in their chest. It tends to occur in the elderly or people with diabetes (diabetes mellitus, DM).
