高次脳機能障害を持つ人が適切な医療・福祉サービスを受けることができて、社会的に自立して生活することができるように支援の体制を整えた事業。2013年度から3年間実施。
A project that established a support system for people with higher brain dysfunction to be able to receive appropriate medical and welfare services and to live socially and independently. This project was carried out for 3 years from 2013.
