自宅で生活を送る援助が必要な障害者等に対し、自立した生活が送れるように、日常生活に必要な器具を提供したり貸したりする制度のこと。
A system that provides or rents out tools or aids that are necessary for people with disabilities or so on, who need support to live at home, to be able to live an independent life.
