Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD)
前頭葉や側頭葉が萎縮して起こる認知症のこと。特徴として、行動の異常や人格の変化、言語障害がみられる。
Dementia that is caused by the frontal lobe and/or temporal lobes of the brain atrophying. Behavioral abnormalities, personality changes and/or speech impediments are observed as characteristics (of this type of dementia).
