Preventive Long-Term Care for a Dementia Patient in Communal Living
認知症の高齢者が少人数で共同生活する住居で、入浴、排泄、食事などの介護、日常生活上の支援、機能訓練を行う。その人らしい生活を送ること、介護状態の進行を遅らせることを目的とする。
At communal living facilities for a small number of people where elderly people with dementia live, bathing, toileting, and meals, support of daily life and functional training are provided. The aims are to assist them to live individualized lives and slow down the progress of dementia.
