障害のある人が、地域で自立した生活を送れるように相談支援を行う。市町村または指定された一般または特定相談事業者によって行われる。
Provides consultation support for people with disabilities so that they can lead their lives independently in their communities. This support is carried out by municipalities or designated general consultation business operators, or specified business operators.
