日本工業規格で定められた人工照明でどのくらいの明るさがあるとよいのかを示す基準。照明の明るさを、良い住居の条件にしている。
The standard, decided by Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS), that indicates what degree of brightness is good for artificial lighting to have. Adequate lighting is regarded as a condition of good housing.
