福祉三法
Three acts related to welfare
1940～50年代に成立した「生活保護法」「児童福祉法」「身体障害者福祉法」の3つの法律のこと。1960年代に福祉六法体制になった。
This refers to three acts: the ‘Public Assistance Act’, the ‘Child Welfare Act’, and the ‘Act for the Welfare of Persons with Physical Disabilities’. It was integrated into a system of six welfare acts in the 1960s.
