Adult guardianship system
認知症（dementia）高齢者、知的障害者、精神障害者など、判断能力に課題がある人に対して、その判断力を支え保護・支援する制度のこと。
A system that supports and cares for people such as elderly people with dementia, people with intellectual disabilities, and people with mental disabilities, who have difficulty making judgements, when they need to make decisions.
