Plan for the disabled
1995年に「障害者対策に関する新長期計画」の具体化を図るための重点施策実施計画として障害者対策推進本部が策定・決定したもの。1996年度から2002年度までの7か年計画。（ノーマライゼーション7か年戦略）
In 1995, the “New Long-term Program for Government Measures for Disabled Persons” was made by the Headquarters for Promoting the Welfare of Disabled Persons (Prime Minister’s Office) as a plan for priority measures to be actualized. It was a 7-year plan from 1996 to 2002 (A Seven-Year Normalization Strategy).
